Cambrian
Rohit Development in Sherwood Park
Cambrian, awarded Best New Community at the 2024 CHBA Awards, offers the charm of smaller-scale community living, without sacrificing proximity to outstanding northeast Sherwood Park amenities.
Landscaping Services
Our ambitious project in the burgeoning Cambrian neighbourhood encompasses a wide range of landscaping initiatives aimed at enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of this new community.
Storm Water Management Facility
We’re diligently grading and landscaping a state-of-the-art facility, complete with the installation of trees, shrubs, sod, and the introduction of over 14,000 wetland and shallow marsh zone plugs and grasses. This not only ensures effective water management, but also fosters ecological vitality.
Boulevard Beautification
The boulevards within Cambrian will undergo a transformation with the addition of carefully selected shrubs, trees, boulders, and sod, creating a welcoming and picturesque streetscape.
Dog Park Creation
A dedicated Dog Park is under construction, featuring thoughtfully designed landscaping to provide a safe and enjoyable space for our four-legged residents.
Playground Area
While the Playground area landscaping is currently in progress, it will soon be equipped with site furniture, creating a vibrant hub for children and families.
Environmental Restoration
We’re committed to the environment, and our project includes the installation of tree whips, matting, and naturalization seed for comprehensive environmental restoration, ensuring a sustainable and harmonious neighbourhood.
This multifaceted endeavour aims to shape Cambrian into a thriving and ecologically responsible community, catering to the needs and aspirations of its residents while fostering a vibrant natural environment.
